Order Cancellation
Orders once placed can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
The order is cancelled within the allowed time.
The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Change of mind after delivery
Partially consumed products
Wrong information provided by the customer (address/phone number, etc.)
Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or wrong item, EatRoute will offer a free replacement at no additional cost.
